About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at Angara Indian and Hakka Cuisine in Etobicoke. The role focuses on preparing and cooking East Indian dishes for our restaurant and banquet services.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, specializing in East Indian cuisine.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen work areas and equipment regularly.
- Organize and service buffets and banquet events.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant setting.
