Content Strategist + Producer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Content Strategist + Producer to lead the end‑to‑end content lifecycle for a national brand in Canada. In this high‑visibility role you will shape how the brand communicates across written, video and social channels, turning insights into compelling storytelling that drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel content strategies aligned with audience needs and business objectives.
• Own the full production process for articles, social posts, email campaigns, videos and multimedia assets, from concept through editing and publishing.
• Lead social media growth on platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, tailoring content for each channel.
• Support owned‑media initiatives including podcasts and third‑party collaborations.
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership and cross‑functional teams to integrate content into broader campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests and apply insights to optimise reach, engagement and conversion.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools and modern marketing technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing with a proven multi‑channel portfolio.
• Excellent writing ability across social copy, email, articles and branded content.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific performance on LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs and email.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing engagement metrics and optimizing content.
• Ability to manage content calendars, deadlines and production workflows independently in a fast‑paced environment.
