About the role

We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. As a Content Strategist and AI Trainer you will craft diverse conversation prompts, generate high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Design varied conversational scenarios across multiple topics.
Write clear, well‑researched answers to specific prompts.
Compare performance of different AI models and provide feedback.
Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

Fluent English communication skills.
Current or completed bachelor's degree.
Experience managing business communications or self‑employment.
Strong writing, research, and independent work abilities.
