Content Editor - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor role you will help improve AI chat‑bot models by creating writing and editing tasks, measuring their progress and evaluating the logic and quality of their outputs. The position is ideal for professionals with a background in communications, journalism or content development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assign writing or editing assignments for AI chat‑bots.
• Assess the AI‑generated content for accuracy, relevance, style and overall performance.
• Identify issues, provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
