About the role

Gee Beauty is seeking a creative professional to lead its digital storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. The role blends content production, community engagement, and data‑driven optimisation to grow the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit photos, videos and multimedia assets from concept to final delivery.
• Develop weekly content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and current trends.
• Manage social media channels: schedule posts, create Reels, Stories and Live streams, and write on‑brand captions.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs and amplifying user‑generated content.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategy based on insights.
• Support email marketing, website updates and paid advertising with tailored visual assets.
• Maintain the social content calendar and coordinate production logistics.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty, storytelling and social media trends.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, creative environment and meet deadlines.
