Construction Worker – Onsite (2‑3 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable construction worker to join our on‑site team. The role involves handling a variety of materials and equipment in outdoor, dusty environments, supporting projects across industrial, commercial, institutional and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials such as wood and metal.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Tend or feed machines and equipment, including air guns, nail guns and drills.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of hands‑on construction experience.
• Physically demanding work with ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lb).
• Strong manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Own basic tools and safety equipment (steel‑toed boots, safety glasses/goggles).
• Team‑oriented, reliable and client‑focused attitude.
