Construction Supervisor

About the role

Restoration Mate is looking for a proactive, hands‑on Construction Supervisor to lead restoration and reconstruction projects across the Greater Toronto Area. You will manage multiple job sites, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure each project meets safety, quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on restoration and reconstruction sites, overseeing multiple active projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety and productivity.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and internal crews; resolve scheduling conflicts and site issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring labour, equipment and materials are available as needed.
• Order and track construction materials and equipment, verify deliveries and maintain inventory accountability.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives and commercial clients, providing regular updates.
• Enforce company health and safety policies, perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.
