Omega Finishing Solutions Inc, based in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction projects. The role involves ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating all site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule activities.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Estimate costs and materials.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of relevant construction experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Willing to relocate (relocation costs not covered).
- Available for early‑morning, evening, flexible, and weekend shifts.
