About the role
We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on our Edmonton projects. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Train or arrange for training.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Recommend personnel actions.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience supervising construction sites.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Experience supervising 3‑4 people.
