About the role
We are looking for a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join Wonder Works Construction Ltd in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating progress to management.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects on‑site.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead and instruct individuals and crews.
- Manage site documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Willingness to work early mornings, days, weekends and overtime.
