Royal Crown Homes is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects in Calgary. The role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with teams to deliver quality construction. You will be responsible for reporting, cost estimation, and material procurement while leading on‑site personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule activities.
- Train or arrange for training.
- Manage own company.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Recommend personnel actions.
- Read blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Lead and instruct individuals.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Flexible working hours.
