Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

Ireno Projects Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead on‑site teams in Calgary. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 3‑4 workers and subcontractors on daily activities.
• Coordinate and schedule construction tasks, ensuring timely progress.
• Oversee apprenticeship training and mentor junior staff.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions as needed.
• Estimate material quantities and costs, and recommend adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment in noisy, dusty, and elevated conditions.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of on‑site supervision experience.
• Reliability, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
• Own reliable transportation to reach various sites.
