About the role
Bhinder Elite Exteriors Ltd. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily activities on our Calgary projects. You will coordinate crews, manage resources, and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production reports and other documentation.
- Supervise workers and oversee project progress.
- Coordinate and schedule site activities.
- Recruit, hire, and arrange training for staff.
- Set up machines and equipment as required.
- Estimate costs and material needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead and instruct individuals on site.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Availability for early‑morning, evening, morning, night, day, and weekend shifts.
