Construction Scheduler – Heavy Civil Projects

About the role

A Construction Scheduler at Clearway is responsible for creating, maintaining and updating CPM schedules for construction projects. The role works closely with estimating, project coordination and management teams to ensure schedules reflect realistic timelines and resource allocations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify major milestones, critical approvals and long‑lead procurement items.
• Develop and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with site personnel, senior management and subcontractors to verify schedule details and incorporate their submittals.
• Prepare and maintain schedule logs, progress reports, cash‑flow forecasts and earned‑value analyses.
• Track delays, conduct Time Impact Analyses and support extension‑of‑time requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Engineering Technology.
• 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years in scheduling.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
