Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee diverse construction projects across civil, industrial, institutional and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, safety oversight and quality control while coordinating subcontractors and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Hire, supervise, and coordinate activities of subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and progress.
• Develop and implement quality control and risk management programs.
• Ensure safety of operations, monitor safety areas, and oversee compliance.

Required profile

• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Trade certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Completed Leadership for Safety Excellence, Working at Heights, and Fall Arrest Protection training.
• Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, and climb poles or ladders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
