Construction Manager – Portfolio Projects

About the role

Allied is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of tenant improvements and capital projects across its occupied portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Construction, you will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and tenants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to prepare accurate drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Lead or assist in the preparation, review, and formal award of tenders.
• Manage 10–15 concurrent projects, balancing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Attend construction and site meetings; maintain regular on‑site presence to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Review project plans, identify cost‑saving measures, and assess construction risks.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives.
• Liaise with municipal authorities, utility providers, and the Technical Services team.
• Coordinate interior finishes and design elements with tenants.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
