About the role
We are looking for a construction labourer to join BEST SIDING LTD. in Edmonton, AB. The role involves loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as various site tasks. The position is full‑time and permanent, offering a competitive hourly wage.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Level earth to fine‑grade specifications.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials.
- Perform routine maintenance work.
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience is an asset; on‑the‑job training is provided for youth.
- Ability to perform physical labour and follow safety procedures.
