Construction Labourer and Helper

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Construction Labourer and Helper to join our residential projects in Fredericton. The role involves supporting our plumbing teams with material handling and basic site tasks in an outdoor, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials up to 23 kg.
• Use hand tools to assist with residential construction tasks.
• Work outdoors in dusty conditions on residential sites.
• Assist with site clean‑up and waste removal.
• Support plumbing crews by delivering tools and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols, wearing steel‑toed boots and safety glasses.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work physically demanding tasks.
• Able to lift and carry loads up to 23 kg.
• Willing to work flexible day shifts.
• Must be accurate, client‑focused and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Must meet English language requirements and be available to start on the posted date.
