Construction Consultant – Scheduling & Claims

About the role

Revay and Associates Limited is seeking a motivated professional to join its Toronto team as a Construction Consultant. The role provides exposure to all facets of large‑scale industrial, civil, commercial and institutional projects, with a focus on contractual and commercial issues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and prepare construction schedules, claims and expert reports under senior consultant supervision.
• Apply forensic schedule analysis, labour and productivity studies, and quantify claims.
• Support request‑for‑proposal preparation and interact directly with clients.
• Participate in industry association activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development through formal and informal training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or related field; construction management specialization preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, contracts and project controls.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to meet deadlines independently or within a team.
