About the role

The firm is seeking a Tax Advisor to lead diverse fiscal engagements for small‑and‑medium enterprises and holding companies. You will work closely with a team of experienced CPAs and tax specialists in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax planning files, reorganisations, recommendations and tax opinions.
• Conduct tax research and analyse the impact of legislative changes.
• Draft anticipatory decisions, technical interpretations and objections.
• Act as a resource for team members on tax matters.
• Monitor assessment notices and liaise with government tax authorities.
• Review and prepare various tax forms (roll‑overs, CDC, etc.) and personal or trust income tax returns.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax legislation and compliance.
• Experience preparing tax returns for corporations, trusts and individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and tax authorities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
