Concrete Foreman – Lead Concrete Crews

About the role

Canoco Energy Services is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher Foreman to lead crews on commercial, industrial and civil projects across Edmonton and surrounding areas. The role combines hands‑on concrete work with crew supervision, safety oversight and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete finishing crews on site
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and materials
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Ensure accurate concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control
• Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
• Conduct toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture

Required profile

• Journeyperson Concrete Finisher certification or equivalent experience
• Significant experience leading concrete finishing crews on commercial, industrial, or civil projects
• Valid CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and Fall Protection certifications
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
