Company Car Administrator

About the role

The Company Car Administrator supports the Sales Planning & Distribution Department by managing Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada’s company car program. This role ensures vehicles are ordered, prepared, delivered and disposed of efficiently for dealers, employees, press, training and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate company car, employee lease and affiliate lease programs: collect orders, track them, arrange pre‑delivery inspection, licensing and delivery, and maintain usage reports.
• Process invoicing for vehicle preparation and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Manage End‑of‑Term (EOT) vehicle disposal: monitor timing, work with the Remarketing Manager on pricing, transport and auction or dealer sales.
• Monitor daily vehicle movement across Canada to avoid delays and ensure on‑time shipments.
• Handle vehicle damage claims: assess damage, liaise with insurance and dealers, secure reimbursements and coordinate accounting entries.
• Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in a logistics, administrative or vehicle‑related role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous execution of processes.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
