Community Sales Manager – Glacier Ridge (Calgary)

About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Community Sales Manager to lead the sales program for our Alberta House Building community in Calgary. If you are motivated, approachable, results‑driven and relationship‑focused, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all sales targets (revenue and absorption) are met on time, on budget, and aligned with vision and process.
• Execute the Sales Plan for the community.
• Write contracts and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide leadership, oversight and training for all Sales Associates and onsite teams.
• Manage sales reporting and MLS listings.
• Liaise with Operations, Construction and Warranty teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout the purchase and closing process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain Anthem‑standard assets and presentations.
• Keep website content up to date and accurate.
• Streamline communication between onsite sales teams and the Anthem office.
• Ensure all deals are compliant, complete, signed, approved or countered.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS.
• Experience with New Star (asset) system.
