Commercial Operations Associate

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate to join its Calgary team. You will support order processing, product support setup, and financial audit activities while collaborating with customers, distributors, and internal finance teams. This full‑time hybrid position offers the chance to work in a global leader of industrial software.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and distributors via email to address questions and concerns.
• Set up product support in the NextGen application.
• Process and fulfill product orders using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Assist with financial audit requests, providing documentation for auditors, accounting, and finance.
• Update and configure customer records in the Customer Maintenance application.
• Process Failed Key and License RMA orders and create corresponding entries in Dynamics.
• Handle license modifications in the licensing system as needed.

Required profile

• Business college graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a professional office environment.
• Strong attitude and ability to perform under pressure during peak periods (end of months/quarters, holidays).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and collaborative team player.
