Coil Tubing Supervisor – Field Safety & Team Lead

We have a significant demand for multi‑skilled workers, and we want you to join our team as a Coil Tubing Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Implement effective safety measures to prevent accidents and incidents by leveraging in‑depth field knowledge.
• Ensure clear communication of crew, equipment, and job‑related information to management promptly.
• Collaborate with crews and management to share suggestions for continuous improvement and training initiatives.
• Maintain compliance of field employees with operational policies and procedures to achieve safety goals.
• Provide HSE technical assistance to field teams and leadership as required.
• Oversee and direct designated teams, equipment allocations, and timetables to meet client expectations.
• Finalize service orders and handle billing paperwork for customers with meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive coil tubing experience.
• Previous leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid Class 1A (AZ) or 3A (DZ) driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driver’s abstract.
• Coil Mast Unit experience is considered an asset.
