Clinical Services Manager

About the role

Tamarack Physiotherapy and Massage Ltd is seeking a proactive Clinical Services Manager to lead daily operations of its health‑care services. You will ensure efficient delivery of physiotherapy and massage treatments while maintaining high standards of client care.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily clinical operations and evaluate performance.
• Plan, monitor, and control budgets and expenditures to stay within funding limits.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for health‑care service delivery.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate a team of 5‑10 staff members.
• Oversee data analysis, report preparation, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in health‑care operations or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
• Strong client focus, excellent communication (oral and written), and solid judgement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience using MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting software.
