About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist will join an interdisciplinary care team at Mount Sinai Hospital, providing bedside medication expertise for complex acute‑care patients. You will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes continuous learning and independent practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear medication counseling to patients and families during discharge and therapy changes.
• Analyze clinical data to anticipate complications and ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate clinical data and medication risks.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex drug information to multidisciplinary teams and patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced acute‑care setting.
