Clinic Manager / Practice Coach

About the role

FYidoctors East Gwillimbury clinic is seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager / Practice Coach to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional patient experiences. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week position works Monday to Friday in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to align with company strategy, goals, and values.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Build and inspire high‑performing teams that meet organizational objectives.
• Foster a positive, transparent work culture through clear communication.
• Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives, and optimizing patient care.
• Champion company initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and apply best practices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support additional clinic duties as needed.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
