About the role
Boldr is seeking a Client Trainer to join its Implementations team. In this role you will lead training initiatives for both external clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing skill development as businesses adopt AI‑enabled platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions on AI‑enabled systems and tools for new and existing client teams.
- Develop structured training plans, job aids, user guides, and facilitator materials tailored to client workflows.
- Assess training effectiveness through post‑training evaluations and feedback collection.
- Standardize training documentation and knowledge‑transfer processes across engagements.
- Identify learning gaps, collaborate with stakeholders to refine curricula, and support post‑go‑live transitions.
- Partner with internal teams to improve implementation processes and drive operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering training to clients and internal teams.
- Strong ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical guidance.
- Excellent collaboration skills with both client and internal stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of training programs.
