Client Success Manager – Digital Marketing (Remote, Contract)

About the role

Mediaforce Digital Marketing is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the success, satisfaction, and growth of a portfolio of digital‑marketing clients. Working remotely, you will act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact, guiding strategy, ensuring timely execution, and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients, leading structured meetings and delivering regular performance reports.
• Translate client business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps covering SEO, PPC, social media, CRO, web design, and AI solutions.
• Monitor KPI performance across channels, present insights, and proactively address challenges.
• Maintain client health scores, identify retention risks, and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities with integrity.
• Collaborate with internal SEO, PPC, social, web, and AI teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality campaign delivery.
• Lead contract renewals, negotiate terms when appropriate, and keep CRM (GoHighLevel) data accurate.
