Client Services Coordinator – Ottawa

About the role

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) joins Carefor’s Allied Health desk to ensure client visits are scheduled efficiently, service providers’ caseloads are balanced, and client expectations are met through accurate documentation and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule service providers for client visits across assigned areas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and provider information in the scheduling database.
• Verify visit confirmations and process billing and payroll data promptly.
• Communicate schedule changes, authorizations and care plan updates to staff and clients.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous scheduling or client‑service coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency with database software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
