Client Sales Representative

About the role

Prospera partners with major telecommunications providers to deliver top‑tier products and services directly to consumers. As a Client Sales Representative you will be the face of the partner’s brand, helping customers understand their options, guiding them through service offerings, and ensuring a smooth enrollment and account setup experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing customers in person, initiate conversations, build rapport, and educate them about available telecommunications services.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover service gaps, budget, usage, and goals, then recommend the optimal package.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and enrollment terms clearly and accurately.
• Guide customers through the full enrollment process, verify eligibility, collect documentation, complete forms, and activate accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting simple issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, account details, and follow‑up tasks in CRM or reporting tools.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for confident face‑to‑face engagement.
• Strong listening abilities to assess needs and explain technical details in simple terms.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a customer‑facing environment.
