Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Client Relationship Manager to join our Toronto team at Catalyst Health, a boutique health and active‑rehab facility. In this on‑site role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, responsive and of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations and all client‑facing interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and support scheduling.
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor service and retention metrics.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and gather documented feedback.
• Identify and propose process improvements to boost client satisfaction and retention.
• Support operational workflows and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service orientation with an empathetic, professional approach.
• Experience in front‑desk, customer success or client‑relationship roles, preferably in a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, communications or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jane or similar practice‑management, CRM, or client‑management systems.
