About the role
DOT & Co. is seeking a remote Client Account Manager to serve as the main liaison for our digital‑marketing agency clients. You will ensure projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients stay satisfied while collaborating with internal specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency clients, managing relationships and expectations.
- Coordinate with ads specialists, project managers, and other internal teams to deliver projects on time.
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and drive account growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of paid‑ads experience within a digital‑marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, analytics, and campaign performance.
- Excellent project‑management abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Effective virtual communication skills and the ability to build relationships remotely.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities independently.
