About the role
Pinterest is seeking a Client Account Manager II to drive business results for its largest strategic advertisers in the Food & Beverage sector. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding key partners through the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion and retention—while leveraging Pinterest’s unique ad products and AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data‑driven advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, aligning stakeholder goals across all funnel stages.
- Ensure accurate implementation of first‑party data and seamless campaign launches with cross‑functional teams.
- Optimize media campaigns and audience targeting daily using Pinterest’s platforms and technologies.
- Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Advise clients on ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement strategies.
- Provide exceptional client service through clear communication, issue resolution, and execution.
- Utilize AI tools to prepare meetings, analyze performance, and prioritize high‑impact outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts with data‑driven strategies.
- Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement.
- Ability to simplify complex processes, pitch strategic solutions, and continuously improve campaigns.
