About the role
We are seeking a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at Brar Building Services Ltd. In this role you will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while managing staff and resources effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coordinate cleaning staff, providing hands‑on assistance when needed.
- Supervise daily cleaning activities and inspect sites to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Recommend and arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
- Coordinate work schedules and collaborate with other departments to align cleaning operations with overall business needs.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in cleaning or facilities supervision.
- Flexible hours availability.
