About the role
The Cleaning Service Manager will lead the commercial cleaning operations for PRO G COMMERCIAL CLEANING LTD., ensuring high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for cleaning staff.
- Plan, control, and monitor budgets and inventory.
- Manage contracts related to advertising or marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning personnel.
- Address customer complaints, inquiries, and supply shortages.
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily cleaning operations.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Excellent written communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
