Civil Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Falcon Group is seeking a motivated Civil Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site crews in Prince George, BC. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee the full construction process, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety compliance for all labor forces, including subcontractors.
• Complete daily foreman reports, health and safety documentation, and equipment maintenance records.
• Coordinate construction crews, owned and rented equipment, material supply, and subcontractors.
• Analyze specifications and construction drawings, monitor site compliance with design and contract requirements.
• Research and recommend solutions to design conflicts or errors with Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Plan and implement schedules, ensuring appropriate manpower, equipment, and subcontractor availability.
• Review cost reports with the Project Manager and address budget variances.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to lead hands, trades, and contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar construction supervisory role.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional conduct.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Construction Safety Training certification.
