About the role
BIS Safety Software is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale its core operational functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps that support sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Risk & Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations functions.
- Develop and implement scalable systems and processes.
- Drive growth initiatives using proven frameworks such as Scaling Up, EOS, OKRs, Lean, and Agile.
- Foster a high‑performance culture that balances agility with disciplined execution.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment across the organization.
Required profile
- Executive‑level experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Track record of building leaders, scaling operations, and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution while preserving company culture.
Required skills
- Experience with growth frameworks such as Scaling Up, EOS, OKRs, Lean Methodology, or Agile practices.
