Chief of Staff to the CEO (Integrator)

About the role

The Chief of Staff to the CEO (Integrator) will work directly with the founder to turn vision into execution across the whole company. This fractional role can evolve into a full‑time position and is fully remote within Canada or the US.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to set quarterly Rocks and keep the Vision/Traction Organizer current.
• Lead the weekly Level 10 leadership meeting, own the company Scorecard and ensure issues are solved promptly.
• Integrate customer, partner, technology, product and operations priorities, translating them into clear owners, milestones and outcomes.
• Drive the rollout of EOS tools, build an operating model that scales, and embed AI‑native self‑improving loops across functions.
• Own the operating side of customer and partner relationships, ensuring commitments are realistic, tracked and delivered.

Required profile

• 15+ years of senior executive experience (CEO, COO, CPO, GM or similar) in software companies.
• Proven track record scaling companies or major functions in high‑growth, founder‑led environments.
• Integrator mindset: able to turn strategy into execution with calm authority.
• Trusted partner to founders – direct, candid and deeply invested in success.
• Fluent with AI agents, using them daily to create self‑improving workflows.
