The Chief Financial Officer & Vice President, Administrative Services provides strategic financial leadership and operational vision for Saskatchewan Polytechnic. This senior executive role shapes the institution’s long‑term financial stability, operational resilience, and capacity to invest in academic excellence and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, audit and risk management.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio that includes financial services, human resources, facilities, communications, marketing, retail, and information technology.
• Integrate these functions into a cohesive, high‑performing operation that supports staff and program excellence.
• Champion a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across all administrative areas.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate financial insight into strategic action and support major growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑oriented finance executive with a proven track record in complex, multi‑faceted organisations.
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and the capacity to turn financial data into forward‑looking strategy.
