Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Consumer Wellness

About the role

This is a rare executive leadership opportunity to become the Chief Executive Officer of a high‑growth consumer wellness and lifestyle business based in Canada. The organization is profitable and focused on mindfulness, health, and personal development products serving a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term growth strategy to scale revenue and expand the global footprint.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strong execution across all functions.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to guide innovation across wellness, health, coaching, events, and consumer products.
• Strengthen relationships with investors, partners, customers, and the board.
• Define organizational structure and operating model in partnership with the Founder during the transition.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience as CEO, COO, Managing Director, or similar.
• Demonstrated success scaling a consumer‑facing or product‑driven business.
• Strong operational, strategic, and financial acumen.
• Experience in wellness, health, FMCG, consumer goods, or related lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building track record.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
