Chat Operator – Remote (Canada)

About the role

The Chat Operator will monitor and improve conversational experiences on large‑scale online platforms. Working fully remotely from Canada, you will support AI‑assisted chat interactions, ensuring clarity, tone and relevance for users. The role combines detailed observation with occasional direct intervention to enhance response quality.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor chat conversations during extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify, adjust tone, or improve the quality of responses on behalf of virtual companions.
• Track, evaluate and analyse communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess the performance and accuracy of AI‑generated replies, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting content such as images or videos aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach and structured mindset.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent written Russian language skills and solid command of English.
