About the role
Join Extendicare’s Mapleview Home in Sault Ste. Marie as a Casual Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). You will deliver high‑quality resident care while supporting a dedicated personal care team in a vibrant senior‑care environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, review, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
- Provide leadership to personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work.
- Assist in orienting and training new team members.
Required profile
- Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
- Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and respect for residents and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
