About the role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable casual receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our West Moberly First Nations administration office. This on‑site role supports the smooth operation of the office while offering a chance to work within a vibrant community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service in person, by phone and email.
- Manage concession sales, including cigarettes, and report required information to the government office in Victoria.
- Assist with document editing, filing and other administrative tasks as requested.
- Order office supplies and equipment for the administrative building.
- Perform additional duties as needed to keep the office running efficiently.
Required profile
- Member of West Moberly First Nations or a resident of the community.
- Post‑secondary education or formal training in office administration or customer service.
- At least two years of experience in administration or customer‑service roles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to pass a criminal record check.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
