Casual On-Call Community Support Worker (Adult Day & Staffed Homes)

About the role

As an integral part of the Community Living Team, you will support the quality of life for persons served by ensuring their physical, social, vocational, educational and medical needs are met. You will also participate in implementing all aspects of participants' programs, including agency policies, procedures and philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Support residents in group settings such as group homes, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist with activities of daily living and development of life skills to enhance quality of life.
• Participate in program implementation and adhere to agency policies, procedures and philosophy.
