About the role
Participates in organizing and implementing the Mindful Mouthful social enterprise, encouraging and facilitating individuals’ participation in bakery‑related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and implement bakery‑related activities as part of the Mindful Mouthful social enterprise.
- Encourage and support participants to engage in bakery tasks, fostering skill development and inclusion.
Required profile
- Community Support Worker Certificate or equivalent education and experience.
- At least three months’ experience delivering similar services to individuals with disabilities.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Food Safety certifications, and a clean driver’s license and criminal record check.
