About the role
Join Petro Canada’s gas bar team in Clinton, BC, providing fast, friendly service to customers while handling cash and inventory duties in a high‑traffic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the electronic cash register and process cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
- Scan items, calculate totals, and issue accurate receipts.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and shift payment calculations.
- Stock shelves, keep the counter area clean, and bag merchandise for customers.
- Verify age for lottery, alcohol, and tobacco sales.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Accurate, reliable, flexible and a strong team player.
Required skills
- Electronic cash register operation.
- Interac machine and price scanner usage.
- Computerized inventory record‑keeping and re‑ordering system.
