About the role

Join Petro Canada’s gas bar team in Clinton, BC, providing fast, friendly service to customers while handling cash and inventory duties in a high‑traffic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the electronic cash register and process cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
• Scan items, calculate totals, and issue accurate receipts.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and shift payment calculations.
• Stock shelves, keep the counter area clean, and bag merchandise for customers.
• Verify age for lottery, alcohol, and tobacco sales.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Accurate, reliable, flexible and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Electronic cash register operation.
• Interac machine and price scanner usage.
• Computerized inventory record‑keeping and re‑ordering system.
