About the role

Handyman Connection of Metro Vancouver is looking for an experienced carpenter to support residential and light‑commercial projects. The role offers a steady flow of leads and the flexibility to schedule work around your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, shape and install building materials such as wood, plywood and wallboard in new builds, remodels and repairs.
• Determine material types and quantities for projects and prepare accurate work orders.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues and communicate work details to clients.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and clean background check.
• Own tools, vehicle and reliable references.
• Experience in remodeling or home‑repair trades.
• Liability insurance and workers’ compensation for independent contractors.
• Smartphone with internet access.
